New Life Providence Church ’s pastoral
team extends a hand of compassion, providing pastoral care
to those in need—including home and hospital visitation
as well as counseling. The pastors work closely with zone
servants, life group leaders, and other local and national
Christian ministries to serve the diverse needs of individuals.

Benevolence Ministry
If, due to an unexpected financial hardship, assistance is
needed to maintain essential utility services (i.e. electric,
gas, water), you may complete a benevolence request form and
schedule an appointment to meet with a pastor regarding the
request. A form may be picked up at the church office.
Pre-marital
Counseling
Pastors encourage and provide pre-marital counseling for couples
contemplating marriage. Biblical principles are integrated
into all assessments and counsel given.
Marital Counseling
Pastors provide marriage counseling for couples who desire
to build healthy, lasting marriages. Attending marriage classes,
retreats, and other activities planned throughout the year
are encouraged as couples strive to strengthen their relationship.
Financial
Counseling
Individuals or couples who are struggling financially, or
those who are interested in developing a financial plan that
would help them avoid hardship, can meet with a pastor to
discuss the biblical perspective on issues related to finances
and budgeting.
Pastors work in partnership with Christian
counseling ministries and licensed professionals to address
the varied spiritual and emotional needs of individuals.
